About the role
An exciting opportunity has opened for a driven, commercially minded Regional Sales Manager to join our Retail Leadership team, overseeing a portfolio of stores across NSW.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead from the front—driving performance, developing people, and delivering exceptional retail execution across your region.
About the Role
Reporting to the State Manager, you will take ownership of a network of stores, leading your teams to deliver strong sales results, operational excellence, and an outstanding customer experience.
You’ll play a key role in shaping store performance by balancing commercial outcomes with people leadership.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Leading, coaching, and developing Store Managers across a portfolio of up to 15–17 stores
Driving sales performance, KPIs, and profitability across your region
Managing wage spend and operational efficiencies to optimise store performance
Ensuring excellence in visual merchandising and in-store execution
Overseeing stocktakes and inventory accuracy
Recruiting, onboarding, and developing high-performing retail teams
Building a strong performance culture focused on accountability and results
Ensuring compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures
About You
Proven experience in a multi-site retail leadership role (Area/Regional Manager level)
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering results
Passionate about people leadership, coaching, and team development
Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance retail environment
Experience in homewares, kitchenware, or specialty retail is highly regarded
