Assistant Club Manager

About the role

Snap Fitness Glenmore Park is a busy 24/7 club with sauna, group fitness and a strong local member base. We are looking for an Assistant Club Manager to help drive membership growth, build member community and support day to day operations. This is a hands on role. You will be on the floor, on the phone and across everything happening in the club. We are after someone who works well independently, picks up what needs doing and gets on with it.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the lead pipeline in GymSales and follow up every enquiry same day

• Book and run club tours

• Convert walk ins, phone enquiries and online leads into memberships

• Handle objections and present membership options with confidence

• Work to weekly and monthly join targets

• Know members by name and build genuine relationships on the floor

• Check in with new members and help them settle into the gym

• Reach out to members we have not seen in a while

• Maintain club presentation and cleanliness to Snap Fitness standards

• Daily equipment and safety checks, log and follow up faults with suppliers and trades

About you

• Genuine passion for fitness and for helping people reach their goals

• A people person who enjoys building relationships and creating community

• Takes initiative and works well without close supervision

• Strong communicator who is confident asking for the sale

• Organised and calm across multiple tasks in a busy environment

• Reliable, punctual and trustworthy

• Comfortable with CRM and club management systems

• Available for a rotating roster including early mornings, evenings and weekends

• Current First Aid and CPR certificate

• Working With Children Check
