Join one of Western Sydney's leading commercial real estate agencies. InFocus Commercial Real Estate is an established and highly respected agency specialising in the sale, leasing and asset management of commercial, industrial and retail property throughout Western Sydney.

We're looking for either an experienced Commercial Sales & Leasing Agent or a high-performing Residential Sales Agent ready to take the next step into commercial real estate.

If you've built a successful career in residential sales and are looking for a Monday-to-Friday role, larger transactions, long-term client relationships and exceptional earning potential, we'd love to hear from you. We'll provide the mentoring, systems and support to help you make a successful transition into the commercial sector.

What you'll be doing

• Prospecting for new business opportunities

• Listing, marketing and negotiating the sale and lease of commercial, industrial and retail properties

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with property owners, investors and business clients

• Conducting property inspections and appraisals

• Negotiating contracts and lease agreements

• Working closely with our experienced administration and asset management teams to deliver exceptional client service

What we're looking for

• Current Class 2 Real Estate Licence or Assistant Agent Certificate

• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle

• A proven track record in commercial sales, or demonstrated success in residential real estate sales

• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills

• A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a genuine drive to succeed

• Excellent organisational and time management skills

• Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems

• Professional presentation and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
