Front of House 2IC - Italian Restaurant

Cucina Toorak – Toorak, Melbourne

Cucina Toorak is a boutique Italian restaurant located in the heart of Toorak, known for refined hospitality, house-made pasta, and an intimate dining experience.

We are currently looking for a part-time Front of House 2IC to join our growing team.

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about hospitality and enjoys creating memorable experiences for guests.

You will play a key role supporting our Floor Supervisor and in delivering the warm, attentive service that Cucina Toorak is known for. Working closely with the management and kitchen team, you will help ensure smooth service and a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

• Deliver professional and attentive table service

• Welcome and assist guests with menu and wine selections

• Manage reservations and seating flow

• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and floor team

• Maintain high service and presentation standards

• Assist with opening and closing procedures

• Previous experience in a restaurant environment

• Minimum 2+ years of restaurant experience required

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Passion for hospitality and Italian cuisine

• Professional presentation and positive attitude

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Must be available to work most evenings and weekends

• Australian permanent residency required
