Service Advisor

Location: Clontarf, QLD
Pay Rate: $36 to $40 per hour (based on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am 5:00pm (includes overtime)
Monthly Bonus: Up to $1,500 based on workshop performance

Were on the lookout for a hands-on Service Advisor to join our client team in Clontarf. This is a great opportunity to stay in the automotive industry while shifting into a leadership and customer service role.

What You'll Be Doing

Main responsibilities:

• Greet and check in customers

• Book in jobs and manage the daily schedule

• Quote jobs and cost up invoices

• Order parts and manage stock as required

• Communicate clearly with customers about vehicle work before and after service

• Maintain a friendly, professional front-of-house experience

Occasionally:

• Assist with light servicing work when needed
