About the Role

We are currently seeking a motivated Machine Operator (Lamination) to join our manufacturing team at our Darra, Queensland facility, operating our lamination machinery.

Key Responsibilities

Your duties will include:

• Operating lamination machinery, equipment and tools within a manufacturing environment

• Laminating sheets and materials in accordance with production requirements

• Monitoring production processes and identifying or troubleshooting machinery issues

• Packing finished products or components for shipment or further processing

• Sorting and inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met

• Identifying and removing defective products or rejects

• Operating forklifts as required

• Following all workplace health, safety and operational procedures

About You

To be considered for this position, you will need to demonstrate:

• The ability to work effectively as part of a team

• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Strong communication skills

• A willingness to perform repetitive and physically demanding tasks

• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

• The ability to safely use tools and equipment

• A current forklift licence

To Be Successful, You Must:

• Be available to work 38–40 hours per week across day and afternoon shifts

• Be available to work overtime when required

• Hold full working rights in Australia

• Hold a current Australian driver’s licence and have reliable transport

• Hold a valid forklift licence

• Be willing to undertake a pre-employment medical

• Be able to wear the required PPE, including steel-cap safety boots and high-visibility workwear
