About the Role
We are currently seeking a motivated Machine Operator (Lamination) to join our manufacturing team at our Darra, Queensland facility, operating our lamination machinery.

Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include:
Operating lamination machinery, equipment and tools within a manufacturing environment
Laminating sheets and materials in accordance with production requirements
Monitoring production processes and identifying or troubleshooting machinery issues
Packing finished products or components for shipment or further processing
Sorting and inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met
Identifying and removing defective products or rejects
Operating forklifts as required
Following all workplace health, safety and operational procedures
About You
To be considered for this position, you will need to demonstrate:
A strong commitment to workplace safety
A reliable and positive attitude
The ability to work effectively as part of a team
The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong communication skills
A willingness to perform repetitive and physically demanding tasks
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
The ability to safely use tools and equipment
A current forklift licence
To Be Successful, You Must:
Be available to work 38–40 hours per week across day and afternoon shifts
Be available to work overtime when required
Hold full working rights in Australia
Hold a current Australian driver’s licence and have reliable transport
Hold a valid forklift licence
Be willing to undertake a pre-employment medical
Be able to wear the required PPE, including steel-cap safety boots and high-visibility workwear
