BRACE Team - located at Mona Vale Hospital

What you'll be doing

• To provide assessment and treatment for older people living in the community who become acutely unwell and are at risk of hospitalisation, as part of the BRACE (Beaches Rapid Access care of the Elderly) Team.
• To provide practical support for Residential Aged Care Facilities in managing COVID -19 outbreaks.
• To develop education and training as required in Residential Aged Care Facilities.
• Exercise extended autonomy of decision making.
• Exercise professional knowledge and judgement in providing complex care requiring advanced clinical skills.
