About the role

Reporting to the National Operations Manager AU, the Corporate Area Manager of Snap Fitness is a key leadership role focused on driving performance and growth across our corporate clubs. You will be instrumental in developing and supporting Club Managers to achieve and exceed targets. Your role will emphasise optimising day-to-day operations centered on five key pillars: People, Program, Product, Presence, and Process.

Qualifications and Experience

• 3 years’ experience in a similar role is highly desirable.

• Strong understanding of the fitness industry.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with external and internal stakeholders. 

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
