We're looking for an experienced hospitality professional to join our evening team and help deliver great service in our busy bar and restaurant.

This isn't an entry-level role. We're looking for someone who can confidently lead by example during dinner service, support junior team members, and create memorable experiences for our guests.

As an experienced member of our team, you'll play an important part in the success of our evening service by:

• Delivering friendly, professional table and bar service.

• Taking ownership of your venue and ensuring guests receive outstanding service.

• Assisting with the coordination of dinner service alongside the food & beverage manager.

• Supporting and mentoring less experienced team members.

• Recommending food, wine and beverages to enhance the guest experience.

• Helping create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps locals and hotel guests coming back.

• Maintaining high presentation, cleanliness and service standards.

• Supporting functions and special events as required.

You'll have:

• At least 2 years' experience in a busy restaurant, bar or hotel environment.

• Confidence working independently during busy service periods.

• A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.

• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

• Current RSA certification.

• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

• Australian working rights.

Wine knowledge, cocktail experience and barista skills will be highly regarded.
