Storeperson/ Dispatch Officer

The Storeperson/ Dispatch Officer ensures that goods are stored appropriately, organises the dispatch of finished goods and spare parts within agreed time frames to meet customer expectations as well as other administration task as directed.  

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the inward and outward goods

• Coordinate the dispatch and delivery of finished goods including invoicing is completed in full and on time

• Ensure all stock items and spare parts are stored correctly and labeled

• Maintain Kanban system and liaise with the Purchasing Coordinator to ensure sufficent stock  

• Pick and packaging of parts  

• Conduct stocktakes

• Continuous improvement 

• General Admin tasks 

• Factory workplace safety and tidiness
