RESINC Solar is expanding our Brisbane team, and we are seeking motivated individuals to join our field sales division.

This position involves speaking with homeowners, creating customer engagement and booking qualified appointments for our Solar Specialists.

Previous sales experience is not essential. We are looking for people with strong communication skills, professionalism, and the right attitude.

 The Role

You will be working within allocated areas, engaging with homeowners and introducing RESINC’s solar solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting face-to-face customer conversations

• Booking qualified appointments

• Representing the RESINC brand professionally

• Working toward team and individual targets

• Participating in ongoing coaching and development

• Maintaining accurate information and customer notes

This is an active role suited to individuals who enjoy working with people and prefer being out in the field rather than office-based.
