About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to support our Store Manager in leading the team, driving sales and delivering an exceptional luxury customer experience.
You’ll help inspire and develop the sales team, support daily store operations, build strong client relationships and champion our brand standards.

How You’ll Contribute

• Lead and Inspire: Motivate and mentor your team to achieve sales targets, foster collaboration, and maintain a positive, high-performing work culture.

• Deliver Exceptional Client Experiences: Ensure every customer is greeted with warmth, professionalism, and expert guidance to create lasting relationships.

• Drive Sales Excellence: Develop and execute sales strategies, monitor performance against KPIs, and influence store profitability through strong commercial awareness.

• Champion Product and Brand Knowledge: Promote deep understanding of our jewellery collections, materials, and craftsmanship while embodying the Diamonds Factory brand with professionalism and passion.

• Maintain Store Standards: Oversee visual merchandising, cleanliness, and stock management to ensure an inviting, luxurious, and well-organised store environment.

• Ensure Compliance and Safety: Uphold company policies, health and safety standards, and security measures while continuously seeking customer feedback to enhance service and store operations.

Qualifications & Experience We Look For

• Proven Luxury Retail Experience: At least 5 years in luxury retail (ideally jewellery), with a strong record of exceeding sales targets and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

• Client Engagement Expertise: Skilled in building relationships with high-end clientele through exceptional communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.

• Leadership & Problem-Solving: A proactive team player with strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Technical & Operational Proficiency: Confident in learning and using new software systems to support efficient store operations and performance tracking.

• Passion for Luxury & Detail: A genuine enthusiasm for fine jewellery, a keen eye for aesthetics, and unwavering attention to detail and professionalism.
