About the role
Australian Clinical Labs is an innovative company seeking a suitably experienced Full Time Pathology Collections Area Supervisor for the Regional Central Coast, Newcastle & North Coast. This position is responsible for ensuring the Collection Centres in your area are operating smoothly and providing the highest possible level of service for our patients.
Specific duties include:
Recruitment and rostering of staff
Ensuring our staff and practices adhere to company policies
Statistical reporting
Training, advice and support for staff on all collections issues.
Ensuring that high quality benchmarks are maintained.
Ensuring our collection centres are immaculately presented, our staff are customer focused and our collection centres provide exceptional service to our patients.
Skills and experience:
Experience working in Pathology Specimen Collections
Experience in supervising staff
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Strong administrative and organisational skills
The ability to work under pressure and multi-task
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude that will inspire your staff
Drivers Licence
Certifications (First Aid, Cert III in Pathology, AS4308, Cert IV in Training and Assessment)
