Site Labourer /Greenhouse Technician

Argosee Greenhouse Technology are looking for someone to assist our onsite crew with installations and repairs of greenhouses. The ideal candidate would be someone that can work well with others, has a good work ethic is not afraid of heights and can work out doors in all weather conditions.

**No Greenhouse experience required, we will train you on site.

Duties: 

• Ability to work on site all day. (i.e. on your feet all day)

• Competent in climbing ladders and working at heights.

• Competent with working from an EWP.

• Read and interrupt layout drawings.

• Digging holes with equipment i.e. Dingo/ Excavator.

• Handling / mixing of concrete.

• Manual handling of steel work & materials.

• Use of hand tools i.e. tek guns, drills, saws, grinders etc.

• Competent computer skills to complete inductions when required.

• Some jobs will require travel to other states. (Meal allowances & Travel expenses paid)

You will need:

• Working at Heights Training.

• Drivers Licence.

• Must own your own set of tools.

• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

• The ability to communicate clearly with your peers.

Highly sort attributes:

• High Risk Licence.

• EWP Training.

• Boom over 11m.

• White Card.

• Forklift.

• Lives Locally (Walliston WA).

Proposed Hours:

Full Time work starting from 6am to 4pm with a 1 hour break split between lunch and smoko / tea or coffee breaks.

Terms of employment: 

• 3 months trial period on a casual flat rate basis

• After 3 months a permanent position may be offered with benefits (Benefits = Over time, annual leave and sick pay)
