We're looking for a skilled and imaginative Pastry Chef to join our team and help us take our desserts to the next level for our customers.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and make puff pastries and shortbreads to our standards of quality and consistency.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards in all kitchen areas.

• Producing high volume specialty pastry & shortbread products.

• Producing our Cinnamon Scrolls, Vanilla Slice, Profiteroles & Apple Cakes.

• Decorating / Piping Donuts

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 1-2 years of pastry and baking experience required.

• Strong attention to detail and passion for creating exceptional desserts.

• Reliability and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.

• Food safety awareness and commitment to cleanliness.

• Flexibility for morning, afternoon & weekend shifts if needed.

• Experience in dough sheeting machine.
