About the role
At Lives Lived Well, we've been supporting people whose lives are impacted by alcohol and other drugs for over 50 years. We also work alongside people experiencing mental health and gambling concerns, and those transitioning from correctional centres.
We're looking for a passionate and skilled AOD Counsellor Case Manager to join our team in Toowoomba. If you're committed to helping people achieve their recovery goals and want to make a genuine difference in your local community, we'd love to hear from you.

As an AOD Counsellor Case Manager, you will support people alcohol and other drug (AOD) challenges. Through counselling, case management, assessment and advocacy, you'll partner with clients to help them identify goals, build resilience and work towards meaningful and sustainable recovery outcomes.
You'll provide evidence-based, person-centered support and work collaboratively with clients, families, community services and other stakeholders to ensure individuals receive the care they need.
Key responsibilities include:
This role requires working with people presenting with complex needs, including mental health concerns, domestic and family violence, homelessness, financial hardship and other social challenges in addition to AOD-related issues.
This is a part-time (0.8 FTE), ongoing position.
To be successful in this role, you'll be passionate about helping people achieve positive outcomes and have the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues and community partners.
