LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE CREW MEMBER

projects. We are seeking an experienced and reliable Landscape

Maintenance Horticulturists to immediately join our team.

Duties And Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Horticulturist you will be responsible for:

Developing maintenance programs post project completionSolely maintaining all gardens and soft landscaping for our completed projectsManage and carry out all horticultural works as per the contracted scope of worksPlant, mulch, and other material remediation/replacementHerbicide and pesticide sprayingSmall and large scale turf mowingSmall to large scale wateringInstallation of both temporary and permanent IrrigationManagement of maintenance crew to ensure tasks are completed in a timely mannerLiaising with office team to coordinate deliveries, purchase orders in a timely mannerCarry out all risk assessments and safety requirements to adhere with all company policiesComplete relevant company paperwork and submit to the office for processingReporting to Director on progress, time, costs and so forth

Experience And Skills Required

5 Years of Proven Industry experience ONLY in Softscape Maintenance within a landscaping companySound knowledge of plants, materials and construction methodologiesProven ability to carry out maintenance of all forms of Softscape without any supervisionStrong organisation skills and ability to work autonomouslyCertificate III in Horticulture is desirable but not essentialNSW Driver’s LicenseWorkcover white cardSpeak English proficientlyAustralian Citizen
