Salesforce Senior Technical Consultant

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join DXC's Salesforce Practice!

You will play a key role in the design and delivery of Salesforce solutions, working across the full project lifecycle - from discovery through to deployment. You will act as a senior technical voice within the team, contributing to architecture, development, and best practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable solutions across the Salesforce platform
• Lead hands-on development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs
• Deliver integrations using APIs, middleware, and external systems
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers
• Ensure quality through code reviews and best practice development standards
• Collaborate with architects, functional consultants, and delivery leads

About You

• Proven experience as a Senior Salesforce Technical Consultant / Developer
• Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce architecture
• Experience delivering projects in a consulting or client-facing environment
• Solid understanding of integration patterns and APIs
• Exposure to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
