ASSISTANT MANAGER – BUSY & REPUTABLE CAFÉ

We are looking for an experienced, energetic and outgoing Assistant Manager to join our friendly team at a busy and well-established café.

We pride ourselves on great service, a positive atmosphere and a strong team culture, and we’re looking for someone who can bring that same energy to the role.

About you:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a busy café or hospitality environment
• Confident, outgoing and friendly personality
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, organised and able to take initiative
• Comfortable helping lead and support a busy team
• Able to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
• Barista/coffee skills are a bonus
• Available for casual shifts, including weekends as required
