An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Food & Beverage Duty Manager to join our leadership team.
We're looking for a hands-on hospitality professional who leads from the front, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while developing high-performing teams.
About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operation of the venue, ensuring outstanding service standards across restaurant, bar and event operations.
You'll lead, coach and inspire the team, manage busy service periods with confidence and take ownership of the venue in the absence of senior management.
About You
You'll have:
Minimum 4 years' leadership experience in premium restaurants, bars or high-volume hospitality venues
Strong people leadership and team development skills
Experience managing labour, payroll and beverage costs
Stock control, ordering and rostering experience
A calm, organised and professional approach under pressure
A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
Events or nightlife experience is highly regarded
Essential Requirements
Current NSW RSA Certificate
Full Australian working rights
Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
