Reporting to the General Manager Finance Australia, you'll work closely with operational, clinical and finance leaders across the organisation to support decision-making, improve performance and help shape the future of our growing Australian business.

About the RoleAs Finance Business Partner, you'll be the trusted finance advisor to operational stakeholders, helping them understand business performance, identify opportunities, manage risks and make informed commercial decisions.You'll provide financial insight and challenge, support planning and forecasting activities, and work collaboratively with colleagues in both Australia and the UK to ensure alignment with Group finance standards and objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with leaders to provide financial insights and support decision-making.Analyse financial performance through reporting, forecasting, and recommendations.Support commercial initiatives with modelling, business cases, and improvement projects.
What You'll BringSkills & AttributesStrong analytical and problem-solving capability.Ability to interpret complex financial and operational data.Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.Commercial acumen with an understanding of revenue, margins, pricing and cost drivers.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & ExperienceFully qualified accountant (CA, CPA or equivalent).Relevant post-qualification experience in commercial finance, FP&A or business partnering roles.Advanced Excel and financial systems capability.Experience developing insights, reporting and performance dashboards will be highly regarded.
