We at Coforge are hiring Senior Functional Tester with the following skillset:
Key Responsibilities :Define and lead the overall test strategy planning and execution for E2E testing.Coordinate across multiple teams including developers, data engineers, functional consultant and business stakeholders.Ensure data quality, accuracy, and completeness post-migration through comprehensive validation and reconciliation processes.Data migration activities.Integration testing with upstream/downstream systems.Functional, automation and regression testing for METs, Digital team and other team involved.Lead UAT coordination, issue triage, and sign-off processes.Build and manage different QA metrics like requirement traceability, Defect and test cases progress etc for reporting purpose.Collaborate with PMs and Business analysts to ensure requirements are testable and completeReport on test progress, defect status and risk to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience :8+ years of experience in software testing, with 3+ years in test lead role.Strong understanding of integration testing.Proven experience in data integration testing – including data mapping, transformation, validation and reconciliation.Excellent coordination communication and stakeholder management skills.Knowledge of test and defect management tools like JIRA X-Ray.Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery modes.Experience leading UAT cycles and working closely with business users
