Australian in our approach and unbound by dining traditions, creating venues and experiences to be shared with others.   About the Opportunity:We are looking for Experienced Section Waitstaff, Hosts, Bartenders and Sommeliers who pride themselves in providing exceptional service and thrive in a dynamic environment.  The Ideal Candidate Must Have: Demonstrated experience as a Waitstaff, Host, Bartender or Sommelier in a premium la-carte restaurant Bartender applicants must have strong cocktail and spirits knowledge Sommelier applicants must have strong wine knowledge Experience with Seven Rooms or similar is advantageous for Hosts Passion for delivering outstanding service Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude Show exemplary communication and time management skills Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day-to-day operations Exceptional presentation  Must be willing to work rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and/or closing shifts Must have or be able to obtain an RSA certificate and relevant qualifications Working with Lucas Collective:At Lucas Collective, we champion growth.
