About Carers WA:
Carers WA is the peak body representing the needs and interests of carers in Western Australia and is part of a national network of Carers Associations providing a range of support services, supporting Carers across Western Australia. Carers provide unpaid care and support to family members and friends who have disability, mental health challenges, a chronic condition, terminal illness, an alcohol or other drug issue or who are frail aged.

About the Role:
The People and Culture Officer is a part-time (22.5 hrs per week), fixed-term contract ending 30 June 2027. The position attracts a salary package of $77,00 p.a (pro rata), plus super and salary packaging, 5 weeks annual leave (including 17.5% leave loading) and two wellness days per annum.
The People and Culture Officer supports the People and Culture function by providing practical, efficient and outcomes-focussed services to the People and Culture Team and wider stakeholder group. The role contributes to a positive employee experience by ensuring People and Culture processes are delivered efficiently and are compliant. Reporting to the People and Culture Manager, the role works closely with the People and Culture team to assist with day-to-day people and culture activities across the employee lifecycle using our on-line platform.
The role demonstrates well-developed interpersonal, verbal and written skills with the ability to provide confidential and professional support to employees, managers and internal stakeholders.
