Food Production & Packing Line Worker

We are seeking Food Production, Packing Line Workers to become part of our team across PM & Night Shift (20% Shift Loading from 6pm to 6am).

The key duties of this position are:

• Operate machinery.

• Measure ingredients and mix raw materials.

• Monitor dough/product quality and line performance, reporting and escalating any deviations.

• Production and Packing lines

• Clean equipment and workspace

• Work safely and adhere to safe practices.

Key skills required to be successful in this role are:

• Ability to work with various food types such as wheat, whole meal, cheese, meat (bacon), etc.

• Manual handling up to 25kgs

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

• High attention to detail with a positive attitude

• Previous experience in a similar role within food manufacturing or in hospitality. (Preferred but not essential)

• Ability to work in fast paced environment and multitasking.

• Must be able to stand for 8-hour shifts in temperature-controlled environment

• Good communication skills (both written and verbal)

• Understanding of workplace and food safety (HACCP)

• Basic understanding of HACCP principles (formal certification preferred but not required - training provided)
