About the role
We are seeking a customer-focused Home Delivery Coordinator (HDC) to join our Development team on Phillip Island. This is a dynamic role that blends strong administrative capability with meaningful customer engagement.

You will support the successful delivery of construction projects by coordinating schedules, managing site activities, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Working closely with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams, this hands-on role spans housing, landscaping, and minor works across multiple sites. It’s a great opportunity for a motivated, career-focused professional looking to build their future in construction project management.

What you'll be doing
Project Administration

• Help develop project plans, schedules, and staging plans.
• Manage the Home Order Forecast (HOF), with timely engagement and monthly reviews.
• Ensuring key milestones are achieved in the required timeline within Project Management Software specific to each project.
• Check, read and approve house plans and client checklists for construction including communications with external and internal parties as required.
• Ensuring key milestones are achieved in the required timeline within the Project Management Software specific to each project.
• Involvement in community events and presentations
• Presenting and talking with the community to keep them informed on construction progress and project time frames
• Assist in implementing and monitoring quality control, ensuring compliance with codes and best practices.
• Conduct defects and homeowner inspections, including maintenance checks, and manage issue resolution.
• Provide homeowners with regular updates on progress and manage expectations.

Customer Service and Relationship Management

• Have genuine and effective relationships with the internal team, external partners, and our customers/homeowners.
• Guiding homeowners on their exciting journey of selecting and customising their beautiful home finishes to match that of their dreams.
• You will be the point of contact for all homeowners at this stage of their journey in helping them finalise their choices and finalising all documentation to hand over to our builder.
