Student Services & Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

Milner College is seeking a proactive, organised and customer-focused Student Services & Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Perth. This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week) combining student services and administration with student recruitment, education agent account management and marketing activities. The successful candidate will support students throughout their journey with the College while helping develop recruitment channels, strengthen partner relationships and promote Milner College to prospective students in Australia and overseas.

Key responsibilities

Student Services & Administration

• Respond to enquiries from current and prospective students in person, by phone and via email

• Provide students with accurate information regarding courses, timetables, enrolments and College procedures

• Assist with new student orientations and ongoing student support

• Monitor attendance and assist with attendance-related administration

• Prepare and issue student documentation, including student IDs and completion certificates

• Support Admissions with enrolments, CoEs, course changes, extensions and other student administration

• Support Accounts with student payments, receipts, invoices and general payment enquiries

• Maintain accurate student records and complete general data entry and administrative duties

Marketing, Student Recruitment & Agent Management

• Manage and develop relationships with education agents and recruitment partners, acting as a key point of contact for assigned accounts

• Maintain regular communication with partners regarding courses, promotions, student enquiries and College updates

• Follow up prospective student enquiries and support conversion from enquiry through to enrolment

• Coordinate student recruitment campaigns targeting international and domestic markets

• Manage and update marketing content across the College's website, social media and email channels

• Create and coordinate promotional content and recruitment materials

• Support digital advertising and social media campaigns

• Represent the College at education fairs, expos, information sessions and partner events

• Monitor marketing and recruitment activity and use enquiry, engagement and conversion data to identify opportunities for improvement

About you

• Strong customer service and relationship-management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organisation, attention to detail and time management

• Confidence working with students, education agents and international partners

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment

• Previous experience in student services, international education, recruitment, marketing, sales or administration

• An understanding of digital marketing, social media and content creation

• Strong administrative and data-entry skills

• A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of enquiries and partner accounts

• Experience in ELICOS or international education will be highly regarded
