• Year 1: Explore Your Potential: Gain diverse experience in various clinical settings, including: Medical, Surgical, Rehabilitation, Perioperative and Anaesthetics.
• Year 2: Focus Your Expertise: Tailor your development year to your chosen specialty, receiving dedicated mentoring and support to refine your skills and advance your career.

• Have completed or are on track to complete your Bachelor of Nursing. 
• Eligible for AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse by February 2027
• Hold valid Australian work rights.
