Looking for a stable, long-term role with a supportive team, quality equipment and genuine opportunities to grow?
All Fleet Service & Repairs is expanding and we're looking for experienced Heavy Vehicle Mechanics to join our busy Brisbane workshop.
Whether you prefer an early start or a four-day work week, we have two permanent full-time positions available.
Choose the Shift That Suits YouOption 1
Monday to Friday
6:00am starts
Option 2
Monday to Thursday
Midday or 2:00pm starts
Finish 10:00pm or midnight
Every Friday off
All Fleet Service & Repairs is a family-owned heavy vehicle workshop that has proudly supported Queensland's transport industry since 1991.
Operating from our modern Richlands facility, we specialise in servicing, repairs, diagnostics and compliance for heavy trucks and trailers. Our customers range from owner-drivers through to major national fleet operators, and we've built our reputation on quality workmanship, reliability and long-term relationships.
What You'll Be DoingService, repair and maintain heavy trucks and trailers
Diagnose faults and carry out quality repairs
Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
Support workshop operations and assist apprentices where required
Complete job cards and workshop documentation
Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping and workmanship
Work collaboratively with a skilled, experienced team
You'll have:
Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent)
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Heavy Vehicle Mechanic
Current Driver's Licence
HR Licence (or willingness to obtain)
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Good communication skills
Pride in delivering quality workmanship
