Sales and Administration Assistant

Wholesale food manufacturer of nearly 30 years supplying bakery products to cafes/bakeries & foodservice customers nationally.

Organized, reliable and professional person with general office/sales skills required to join our small sales/office team based in Huntingdale, 3166.

You are efficient and very adept at dealing with basic office tasking and customers/suppliers on the phone, with a friendly and professional phone manner.

You will be performing basic sales and admin duties and based with our small friendly office team dealing with the wholesale food service industry(no customer facing).

Previous office/sales/logistics/stock control experience is ideal, but not required.

Duties

Admin duties include:

• Logistics(booking/liaising with delivery companies and warehouse locations) + chep account mgt
• Stock control(monitoring stock online portals and local MYOB system, updating stock, stock levels management, reconciling stock discrepancies and following up as required)
• Receivables(follow up key account clients for payments)
• Credit card payment processing
• Other admin duties as required

Sales duties include:

• Order processing(phone/email/text/socials) & related invoicing within MYOB system
• Run sheet manifest/reports to delivery team
• Customer complaints handling and follow up resolution(with production/delivery/warehouse)
• Sales & marketing and customer building duties as required

Roster

8am-12 noon Monday to Friday(except public holidays)

Job Types: Permanent, Casual

Pay: $34.00 – $36.00 per hour
