About the Role
We are seeking for an Allocations & Rostering Consultant to join our team.
You'll manage and optimize our roster of Support Workers, ensuring clients' needs are met promptly and efficiently even outside standard business hours.

Work Mode
In office with work from home on Thursdays
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage shift allocations for our pool of candidates
Liaise with clients, families, and workers to confirm shifts and resolve last-minute changes or cancellations
Build strong rapport with both clients and staff through clear, professional communication
Maintain accurate rosters and worker availability in line with the company's employment policy
Respond to urgent staffing requests and ensure continuity of care during after-hours and weekend periods.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure quality and consistency of support services.
What we're looking for
Experience in rostering, allocations, or scheduling.
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-moving environment
Confident problem-solver with a calm, professional approach under pressure
can work autonomously
Availability to work weekends and after hours.
Tech savvy with experience using rostering/scheduling software
