AI-Native Full Stack Engineer

At HowToo, we're building an AI-first engineering team where AI isn't just another tool - it's how we design, build, test and continuously improve software.

We're looking for an experienced full stack engineer who enjoys solving complex technical problems, loves learning, and wants to help shape the next generation of software engineering.

You'll work across the full software development lifecycle, from architecture and data design through to development, deployment and continuous improvement.

You'll:

• Design scalable architecture, APIs and data models

• Build modern web applications using React, Node.js and TypeScript

• Use AI tools such as Claude Code, ChatGPT and GitHub Copilot throughout the engineering lifecycle

• Review and refine AI-generated code to deliver high-quality solutions

• Improve testing, automation, CI/CD and engineering productivity

• Partner with Product, Design and Customer teams to solve real customer problems

• Help establish engineering standards and AI development practices across the business

You'll bring:

• 3+ years' experience building modern web applications

• Strong React, TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js and SQL skills

• Experience designing scalable architectures and APIs

• Cloud experience (AWS preferred)

• Experience with CI/CD and modern engineering practices

• Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools as part of your everyday workflow

Experience building SaaS products, analytics platforms or working in a startup environment would be highly regarded.
