• Account Management: Manage and nurture relationships with accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to expand sales within existing accounts and acquire new customers. Meet and exceeds sales goals.
• Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely service to all customers.à
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, sales activities, and customer feedback to the National Sales Director.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and product development to align account strategies with company objectives.
• Market Analysis: Understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with local regulations and company policies.

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management in the medical device industry.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and office productivity tools.
• Knowledge of Australian healthcare market and regulations.
• Driven and goal-oriented, with a relentless focus on achieving both individual and team success.
• Thrives in fast-paced, competitive environments, turning pressure into performance.
• Emotionally intelligent and perceptive, with a natural ability to read the room, anticipate objections, and adapt strategies in real time.
