Retail Manager or 2IC

Peter Jackson is the market-leading men's fashion brand, and we are looking for an experienced retailer to add to our Perth team!

Depending on the candidate, we have an opportunity for a Manager or an Assistant Manager.

This opportunity is for the Enex and Northern Perth regions.

This role is suited to someone with a strong interest in mens fashion and retail leadership. You’ll be comfortable on the floor, leading from the front, and know how to create a great sales experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and developing the team to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional

service.

• Working with the current team's systems.

• Overseeing all daily store operations including stock management, visual

merchandising, and reporting

• Actively selling on the floor and fostering strong relationships with customers

• Ensuring the store reflects the Peter Jackson brand at all times in presentation and

atmosphere

• Sharing customer insights with the broader team and contributing to continuous

improvement

• Collaborating with head office to execute on decisions for the effective management of the store.

About You:

• We are looking for Brand Ambassadors who share the same values and can build the brand culture with fellow team members and customers. 

• Passionate about mens tailored fashion

• Have experience in Customer Service and are passionate about delivering an in-store experience to our customers. 

• Are driven to exceed company-set budgets and KPIs.

• Have an interest in fashion and retail.

• Have a minimum of 1-2 years in retail

• Do you have the ability to lead, motivate and engage with your team confidently?

• Proven experience in training and coaching team members.

• A history of exceeding set goals and KPI’s and driving budgets and targets

• Ability to complete operational tasks such as scheduling, budgets, VM and stock management.
