About the role
We are seeking dynamic and motivated Customer Service Officers to join our Queensland Branch Network.
Full-time Relief Customer Service Officer supporting Queensland branches Monday to Friday, 8:50am to 5:05pm
Part-time Customer Service Officer supporting our Helensvale and Coomera branches Monday to Friday, 9am to 2pm

Are you someone who remains calm under pressure, listens with intent, and brings empathy to every interaction? We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Service Officer who combines patience, resilience, and professionalism to deliver exceptional support. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers — solving problems, answering questions, and building trust through every conversation. If you take pride in helping others and providing outstanding customer service, we want to hear from you.
Previous retail customer service experience (minimum 2 years experience or HSC).
Strong cash handling skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
Engaging approach to customers to be able to quickly identify customer needs and promote appropriate products and services.
Actively listens and responds with empathy while maintaining emotional boundaries.
Proficient computer skills, and the ability to learn new systems.
Effectively manage time, tasks, and priorities during high-volume periods without compromising quality.
Maintains high performance under pressure and collaborates positively with team members.
Act as first point of contact, positively interacting with customers and building strong relationships.
Identifying customer needs and offering appropriate solutions with our comprehensive range of products and services, while striving towards achieving personal targets.
Communicating financial product and regulatory information clearly and confidently.
Navigate systems and processes with accuracy, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
Work collaboratively to contribute to team and corporate performance expectations.
