Disability Support Worker

Your Role as Disability Support Worker  

You’ll deliver this role by:  

• Collaborate with the team to provide seamless, person‑centred support 

• Assist individuals with daily living needs, including personal care, household tasks, hospitality, and community participation 

• Encourage and support each person to achieve and maintain their highest level of independence and wellbeing

What We’re Looking For 

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent

• Current Australian Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel for work 

•  Strong written, spoken, and comprehension English skills 

• Ability to provide high-quality personal care and lifestyle support, including for people with complex needs 

• Ability to work across sites in Tewantin and Maroochydore

Essential Requirements 

• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination status (or as required by legislation and WMQ policy) 

• Relevant probity checks required by legislation and WMQ Limited policy. 

• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card) 

• Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
