About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced High Reach Forklift Driver for a casual afternoon shift position based in Braeside.

You will be working in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment within a well-established organisation in the health and wellness sector.

Shift Details

• Afternoon Shift: 2:50 PM – 11:00 PM

• Pay Rate: $43.58 per hour + Super

• Start: Immediate start available

• Ongoing, consistent work

Key Responsibilities

• Operate high reach and counterbalance forklifts

• Load and unload trucks

• Receive and receipt inbound stock

• Put away stock into warehouse racking systems (up to 5 bays high)

• Perform manual handling, including bagging, wrapping and strapping stock

• Use warehouse systems, including Manage 2000

• Maintain high levels of accuracy, safety and efficiency

• Perform general warehouse duties as required

What We’re Looking For

• Current LF Forklift Licence (essential)

• Strong high-reach experience, particularly in narrow aisles

• Experience in FMCG, food, pharmaceutical or bulk goods environments

• Basic computer skills (training provided if required)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage workload

• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions

• Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 25kg

• Reliable, proactive and able to work independently

• Must be able to pass a police check

PPE Requirements

You must have your own:

• High-visibility vest

• Safety boots

• Long trousers

• Provide recent work references

• Ability to work efficiently during busy periods with high truck activity
