About the role

Sister Fox Espresso Bar in Caringbah is a popular and thriving espresso bar operating alongside the White Horse Coffee family. We are focused on speciality coffee and delivering a high quality guest experience to the wider community 6 days a week. We are artisans with our craft and passionate about bringing happiness to our local commuters.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver detailed latte art consistently

• Provide a high quality guest experience

• Work in a fast-paced espresso style cafe environment

• Prioritise what's important at any given moment while fostering a welcoming environment for guests

• Perform barista duties in a high volume setting

About you

• Experienced or Intermediate Barista with all rounder skills

• Barista experience in a high volume setting

• Passionate about customer experiences and quality coffee

• Ability to deliver detailed latte art consistently

• Good judgement skills and fantastic memory for guest names and beverages

• Attention to detail, consistency, leadership, clear mindedness and efficiency

• Ability to commute to Caringbah for 4.20 am starts

• Ability to perform in the early mornings

• Ability to work within established systems

• Multitasking skills, clear communication skills, and ability to perform under pressure
