The opportunity

As a trusted partner to a Group General Manager, you'll provide high-level administrative and organisational support while ensuring the smooth coordination of leadership activities, meetings and communications. This role offers the opportunity to build strong relationships across the organisation while playing a critical part in keeping the team connected, organised and operating effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively manage complex diaries, emails and competing priorities
• Coordinate leadership and team meetings from planning through to delivery
• Prepare presentations, reports and briefing materials for senior stakeholders
• Organise team events, offsites, conferences and travel arrangements
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the business
• Manage expenses, invoices and general administrative processes
• Support onboarding, people-related activities and team coordination
• Drive improvements to systems, processes and ways of working
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

About you

• Extensive experience as a senior Personal Assistant in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to manage conflicting priorities and deliver to tight deadlines
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Highly organised, proactive and adaptable
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Strong Microsoft Office and systems proficiency
• Professional, discreet and customer-focused approach
