Team Leader - 12-month fixed term contract

As a Team Leader (12-month fixed term contract) at our Ferragamo Flagship Westfield Sydney Boutique, you will:

• Demonstrate strong product and brand knowledge, continually developing yourself and supporting the team through on-the-floor coaching and training to deliver exceptional customer experiences

• Lead by example on the shop floor, driving sales performance through service excellence, storytelling and luxury selling techniques

• Support the Store Manager in achieving individual, team and store targets

• Act as a key point of support for the team, fostering a positive, motivated and high-performing environment

• Ensure adherence to store and company policies, visual standards and operational procedures

• Assist with day-to-day operations including opening/closing, cash handling, stock support and reporting as required

• Encourage clients to discover the Ferragamo heritage, creating an atmosphere of passion, pride and enthusiasm for the collections

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2+ years’ experience in a senior sales, supervisory or team leader role within relevant luxury environments

• A strong understanding of luxury selling, customer engagement and closing techniques

• Open to working to late night shifts as per the boutique requirements

• Proven ability to lead by example and positively influence team performance

• A strong understanding of the expectations and needs of the luxury customer

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• The ability to work effectively with diverse personalities and across different levels

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment

• Basic reporting and analytical skills to support store performance
