We’re looking for an exceptional Deputy General Manager to help lead one of our flagship clubs and deliver the kind of experience our members won’t find anywhere else.

As Deputy General Manager, you’ll be the operational heartbeat of SAINT HAVEN.

Working alongside the General Manager, you’ll lead the daily rhythm of the club, setting the standard for service, people, performance and member experience.

You’ll be highly visible, hands-on and obsessed with the details. From the moment a member walks through the door to every interaction across the club, you’ll ensure the experience feels effortless, elevated and unmistakably SAINT HAVEN.

You’ll:

• Lead daily club operations across multiple departments

• Drive an exceptional, highly personalised member experience

• Coach and develop leaders, building a high-performing and accountable team

• Oversee rostering, workforce planning and operational performance

• Connect Fitness, Memberships, Haven, Food & Beverage and Front of House into one seamless experience

• Maintain exceptional standards across presentation, safety, compliance and service

• Partner with the General Manager on commercial priorities and club performance

• Take the lead in the General Manager’s absence

You’re a natural operator and people leader who understands that luxury is in the detail.

You’ll bring 3+ years’ leadership experience across luxury hotels, premium hospitality, private members’ clubs, wellness, fitness or another high-touch service environment.

You know how to lead from the floor, develop great people and create experiences that keep members coming back. You’re commercially switched on, operationally sharp and comfortable making decisions in a fast-moving environment.

Most importantly, average isn’t in your vocabulary.
