Palm Cove Tavern is expanding its already established management team, and we're looking for an experienced Duty Manager with a passion for hospitality to join the team.

About You

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a management role within hospitality

• Previous experience working in a gaming venue

• Confident leading from the floor during busy service periods, including nights and weekends

• Strong stock control experience, including stocktakes and investigating stock variances

• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with the wider team

• Experience managing multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced venue
