ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a rare opportunity to join Carinya in a permanent RN role at close to full time hours (66 hours per fortnight) We are seeking a compassionate and clinically confident Registered Nurse who will ill play a key role in delivering safe, effective care while supporting care staff and maintaining high clinical standards in keeping with the Strengthed Quality Aged Care Standards and Carinyas’ processes and policies,.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver and oversee high-quality nursing care in accordance with individual care plans
• Administer medications and monitor residents’ health and wellbeing
• Lead, mentor, and support personal care assistants and other team members
• Liaise with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care
• Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and facility policies
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Current Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
