Smile Partners is a leading orthodontic group, partnering with and supporting specialist orthodontic practices across Australia & New Zealand. We have an exciting opportunity to join one of our specialist orthodontic practices in Perth and provide exceptional patient care!

If you're a Dental Assistant, from either a general dental or orthodontic background, we'd love to hear from you!

What you will do

• Support the flow of the practice, with patients before school, new patient consults, adjustments, and Invisalign starts!

• Assist with sterilisation and adhere to infection control standards

• Warmly engage with our patients and provide the highest level of care

• Update and maintain orthodontic records and help take scans

• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure a smooth patient flow

What you will bring

• Previous Dental experience is required, Orthodontic experience is a bonus!

• Excellent customer service skills are a must!

• You're proactive, eager to learn, and passionate about building a career in dental

• Friendly, warm, and engaging communicator

• Strong team player and able to pick up new skills quickly
