About the role

We’re seeking casual Gaming Attendants to join our friendly and supportive team in our gaming room. Our aim is to provide an unmatched gaming experience to our esteemed members and guests. If you possess enthusiasm, gaming knowledge, and enjoy engaging with people, this opportunity may be the perfect fit for you.
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Current RSA & RSG certificates
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Deliver outstanding customer service to all members and guests
Assist customers with gaming machines and answer enquiries
Process payouts, hopper fills, machine clears, and cash handling accurately
Prepare food from our gaming menu and maintain a clean, organised gaming floor
Monitor gaming activities and promote responsible gambling practices
Work collaboratively with the team to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for every guest
4% above award pay rate
