Role Description The Warehouse Packer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Sydney, NSW. Day-to-day responsibilities include accurately picking and packing customer orders, labeling and preparing products for dispatch, and organizing stock in the warehouse to ensure efficient workflows. The role also involves checking orders against packing lists, reporting discrepancies or product issues, and maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly work area. Warehouse Packers may assist with loading and unloading deliveries, restocking shelves, and performing basic inventory checks. Collaboration with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams is expected to ensure orders are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Qualifications
Experience in warehouse, packing, or logistics operations, with an understanding of basic order fulfillment processes.Ability to follow written instructions, pick lists, and safety procedures with strong attention to detail and accuracy.Good physical fitness and ability to safely lift, move, and stack boxes and products as required by the role.Basic numeracy and literacy skills, including the ability to count stock, read labels, and complete simple documentation.Strong time management skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet daily packing targets.Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a diverse team.Commitment to workplace health and safety practices; prior experience with food handling or food safety is an advantage.Previous experience in the foodservice or FMCG sector and familiarity with cafe or hospitality products is beneficial.
