Warehouse/logistics Admin

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse admin personal, who can manage a high paced workload while still maintain attention to detail. You will need a pleasant but confident phone manner to support both external and internal customers. This job will also involve being outside in the warehouse environment, as well as in the office.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

• Co-ordination and processing stock receivals and dispatches

• physically checking stock & processes are correct for container loading.

• Processing paperwork & making orders for dispatching via warehouse management system for clients.

• Liaising with both customers and operations staff via phone and email

• Data entry.
