Java Architect

We are seeking an experienced Java Architect to design and lead the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Java technologies, microservices architecture, cloud platforms, and modern software engineering practices. The role involves collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to define architecture, guide development teams, and ensure successful project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise applications.Design and implement scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.Lead architecture reviews and establish best practices, standards, and governance.Drive cloud-native application development on AWS, Azure, or GCP.Design API strategies and integration solutions using RESTful services.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.Review code, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and optimize application performance.Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.Ensure security, scalability, reliability, and maintainability of applications.Drive DevOps, CI/CD, and automation initiatives.Required Skills & Qualifications10+ years of software development experience with Java/J2EE technologies.Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17+, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate.Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture and API development.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Strong knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.Expertise in SQL/NoSQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).Strong understanding of design patterns, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures.Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging systems.Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).TOGAF, AWS, Azure, or GCP certifications preferred.Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.Key CompetenciesTechnical LeadershipSolution ArchitectureStrategic ThinkingProblem SolvingCommunication & Stakeholder ManagementTeam Mentoring & Coaching
