Assemblers

Seeking Assemblers for work in the Prestons area. Day and afternoon shifts available. Ongoing work with temp-to-perm opportunities.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking motivated Assemblers to join their manufacturing team. • Assemble roller shutters, roller grilles, and aluminium door components.
• Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks.
• Read and follow work instructions and production specifications.
• Measure and fit components accurately.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
• Perform manual handling and safely lift materials up to 20kg.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Follow Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) procedures at all times.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily targets.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, production, or a similar role.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to read measurements and follow instructions.
• Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual work.
• A strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Excellent reliability and punctuality.
• Two contactable work references.
• Full Australian working rights.

Desirable:

• Experience assembling aluminium products, doors, windows, roller shutters, or similar products.
• Forklift Licence (advantageous but not essential).
