Vehicle Delivery Specialist

Harmony Auto is an international dealership group specialising in the premium and luxury automotive sector.
Since establishing a global strategic partnership with BYD in 2023, we have been responsible for the brand’s channel development and operations across multiple overseas markets.

With multiple dealerships across Melbourne and continued expansion, we are focused on delivering a seamless, professional, and customer-centric ownership experience.

As a Vehicle Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery process from vehicle readiness to customer handover. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and enjoys working closely with customers and internal teams.

Vehicle Preparation & Delivery

· Conduct final vehicle inspections prior to customer delivery.

· Ensure vehicles are cleaned, charged, fuelled (where applicable), and presented to the highest standard.

· Verify all accessories and customer requests have been completed before handover.

· Coordinate with the PDI, workshop and detailing teams to ensure delivery readiness.

Customer Vehicle Handover

· Welcome customers and provide a professional vehicle delivery experience.

· Explain vehicle features, controls and technology during delivery.

· Demonstrate key vehicle functions, safety features and infotainment systems.

· Assist customers with setting up vehicle connectivity, mobile applications and driver profiles.

· Answer customer questions and ensure they are confident operating their new vehicle.

Delivery Support

· Confirm all delivery documentation has been completed prior to handover.

· Collect customer acknowledgements and required delivery documentation.

· Coordinate with Sales Consultants and Delivery Booking Coordinators to ensure deliveries run on schedule.

· Report any delivery issues or vehicle concerns to the relevant departments.

Customer Experience

· Deliver an exceptional customer experience that reflects Harmony Auto's service standards.

· Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.

· Follow up where required to ensure customer satisfaction after delivery.

Administration & Compliance

· Update delivery records within the dealership management system.

· Ensure all delivery activities comply with company policies and manufacturer requirements.

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Comfortable using systems, spreadsheets and dealership software

• Able to manage multiple deliveries in a fast-paced environment

• Holds a current Australian driver’s licence

• Dealership or automotive experience preferred but not essential
